    thnx for providing information but some of information are not correct eg HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (sawalalla ho alaihe wasalam) was not at all illitrate. HE had a divine knowledge blessed by ALLAH. Hazrat Ali (a.s) said that our Prophet HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (sawlalla ho alihe wasalam) knew about 72/73 languages. Please do not degrade the prophet who has come to teach the islam.and if the teacher was illitrate (na aooz billa) then where the umat will go!
    Hazrat ABU TALIB was blessed with islam right from the begining, if you have some doubts, please read the khutba e nikkah of HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (salalla ho alaihe wasalam).
